This visual narrative revives the timeless story of Snow White as it was traditionally told by the Brothers Grimm. The symbols in this composition depict the several attempts on Snow White’s life. Reflected in the mirror is a blossom that has fallen beside the apple, foreshadowing her inevitable doom. For like the cyclic nature of flower to fruit, all things must come to an end. Despite all these adversities, hope remains and goodness must prevail.
